way that people will have the boldness of heart to be able to confront evil is if their allegiance is first to God and His holy Church, not church as usual. They will refuse to be a part of the status quo. And when God begins the motion, they will travel with God in the same motion.

We’ve seen similar instances of how God implanted new order in His Church in times past through the ministry of reformers such as John Wesley, Martin Luther, and John Calvin.

The new reformers who will choose to flow in the way that God is blowing will be persecuted just like these great men were.

Interstingly, the one thing that even the persecutors won’t be able to understand is that the more they persecute, the more God will supernaturally cause provision to manifest and miracles to happen.

Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness

and rivers in the desert (Isaiah 43:19).

The next characteristic about God’s wind is that it is strong.

This is significant because you need to recognize that the spiritual battles that you will be confronted with in the last days will not be anything like the battles that you faced three or four decades ago. The spirit of antichrist has already been unleashed and will actively begin to influence governments, both on national and state levels, to change all laws and statutes that support anything that closely resembles Christian values.

People know that the power of any government is based on whether or not they revere the true and living God. So ordinary people who love God will begin to do extraordinary things to influence governments toward righteousness. Although academic education does play a role in being influential within political arenas, God is going to impart in us His own influence and strength to accomplish things that we never thought we could possibly accomplish.

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled (2 Corinthians 10:4-6).

Depending on what part of the world you live in, you may have witnessed a major windstorm. Chicago has been dubbed the

“windy city” for obvious reasons. And if you live there, you feel the effects of the wind nearly every day. Then there are places in the southern part of the United States and especially in the trop-ical Atlantic area where they experience major hurricanes, with winds blowing more than 75 miles per hour. When the wind blows and increases in strength in those regions, it overtakes anything in its way, literally moving it out of the way.

Sometimes long-standing trees are destroyed. Roofs are crushed; doors come off hinges and windows are often blown out.
